MANILA, Philippines – VisMin property developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) saw its consolidated net income drop to P1 billion in the first quarter of 2026 from P1.32 billion in the same quarter last year. In a disclosure on Thursday, the company said net income attributable to parent shareholders reached P881 million. CLI attributed the decline reflected the absence of a one-time gain from the sale of an investment property recognized in the first quarter of 2025, which had boosted net income after taxes by about P0.9 billion.
