Saffron shawls not allowed in schools in Karnataka , clarifies CM Siddaramaiah

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has clarified rules on religious symbols in educational institutions. Saffron shawls will not be permitted. However, practices like hijab, turbans, rudraksha beads, and sacred threads that are already in existence will continue to be allowed. This order applies to all educational levels up to Class 12. The Chief Minister also commented on the NEET examination controversy.
