ILOILO CITY, Philippines — To ensure the safety and order of the highly anticipated Manggahan Festival 2026, the provincial government of Guimaras deployed some 568 security, public safety, and emergency response personnel during a send-off ceremony held on Thursday, May 14, at the capitol grounds in Jordan town.
