Catalytic converter theft suspect caught after wild chase by car, scooter and swim through Houston bayou

A suspected catalytic converter thief is in custody after what Houston police described as a chaotic pursuit involving a vehicle chase, an electric scooter, a foot chase and even a swim through Little White Oak Bayou.
