Robin Padilla key to whereabouts of Dela Rosa, says NBI chief

MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Robin Padilla is considered a “key personality” who can provide information on the whereabouts of Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa who slipped out of the Senate building early Thursday, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Melvin Matibag said on Friday.
