CEBU CITY, Philippines — A 63-year-old vendor on her way to buy fish to sell was wounded after unidentified riding-in-tandem suspects shot her while she was riding a habal-habal (motorcycle-for-hire) in Barangay Labangon, Cebu City early Friday morning, May 15.
