Here is a video footage showing traffic enforcers of the Traffic Enforcement Agency of Mandaue (TEAM) allegedly extorting motorists. The personnel involved here were recently terminated from service after due process. TEAM Head Hyll Retuya said the office maintained a strict zero-tolerance policy against corruption. Retuya emphasized that public service in Mandaue would remain honest and transparent, noting that such behavior was never taught or condoned by the local government unit.
