2 nabbed for selling unregistered weight-loss drug in Tondo

MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has arrested two individuals in Tondo, Manila, for allegedly selling P300,000 worth of an unregistered brand of tirzepatide, a weight-loss drug. According to the NBI, agents from its Dangerous Drugs Division conducted a buy-bust on Wednesday, May 13, after they received information about the alleged sale and distribution of tirzepatide.
