General : KPDN To Draft Legislation To Prevent Abuse Of SKDS, SKPS Fleet Cards

KOTA KINABALU, May 16 (Bernama) -- The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) is drafting a proposal on specific regulations under the Control of Supplies Act 1961 to create a clearer, more comprehensive and orderly legal framework for the implementation of regulations and enforcement on the use of fleet cards.
