KARACHI: Karachi Mayor Barrister Murtaza Wahab on Saturday inaugurated an Air Quality Display Project, an initiative aimed at providing residents with real-time information on air pollution levels and promoting environmental awareness in Pakistan’s largest metropolis. Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, he said air quality index (AQI) displays would be installed on major roads and thoroughfares across the megacity to keep citizens informed about current air pollution conditions and associated health risks.
