TACLOBAN CITY— The provincial government of Samar officially launched “Pamatron”, a localized fiesta-stay tourism program designed to immerse visitors in the province’s cultural traditions, with the kickoff held in Matuguinao on Monday, ahead of the town’s fiesta celebration on Tuesday.
