BACOLOD CITY — Long queues and a last-minute rush in urban centers marked the final day of voter registration in Negros Occidental, with 7,548 applicants processed on Monday, Provincial Elections Supervisor Ian Lee Ananoria said. Ananoria noted a heavy turnout in the cities, while municipalities recorded fewer registrants.
