Influencer, lawyer and surf coach charged in plot to kill L.A. boy band member

A Miami attorney, his influencer daughter and a Hawaiian surf instructor were charged Tuesday in a plot to kill Jack Avery, a former member of the L.A. boy band Why Don't We, according to court records and sources familiar with the case.
