Honor digital senior ID, NCSC tells establishments

MANILA, Philippines — Senior citizens may use the digital National Senior Citizens ID (NSCID) in claiming discounts, tax exemptions, government services, and other transactions where a senior citizen card is required, the National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) said Tuesday.
