BACOLOD CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, Philippines — Broadcaster Jean Paul Generoso, radio anchor of K5 News FM here, has apologized for his joke about raping a reporter while they were on live broadcast on Wednesday morning. Generoso, host of 11MBPS program, had told a reporter on air that he would rape her so he could go to jail with a father who had beaten his 6-year-old daughter with a stick at the Bacolod City Public Plaza.
