TAGBILARAN CITY, BOHOL, Philippines — Human rights group Karapatan Central Visayas has expressed concern over the reported transfer of the remains of slain UP Cebu alumnus Vince Francis “Ding” Dingding, saying the circumstances surrounding the handling of his body remain unclear.
