Hot, humid Thursday ahead as rains threaten parts of PH – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with chances of rain are expected across most of the country on Thursday, May 21, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). In the agency’s Thursday morning forecast, Pagasa weather specialist Loriedin de la Cruz-Galicia said warm easterly winds continued to prevail over Luzon and the Visayas, bringing hot and humid weather conditions to most parts of the country.
