MMDA resumes Pasig River ferry ops after repairs, river trash buildup

MANILA, Philippines — The Pasig River Ferry Service resumed operations on Thursday, May 21, following maintenance work on its boats amid a high volume of garbage in the waterway, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced.
