2 Mandaue traffic enforcers suspended for violating traffic rules

MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — Two traffic enforcers in Mandaue City have been suspended after being caught violating traffic rules.  Hyll Retuya, head of the Traffic Enforcement Agency of Mandaue (TEAM), said the agency acted on the recent videos circulating on social media showing personnel committing violations. Retuya said the agency did not rely on hearsay alone and would only take action when there was concrete evidence proving the violations.
