MANILA, Philippines — The outages of three large coal plants have led to another yellow alert over the Visayas grid on Thursday, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) said. Aside from the unavailability of some coal facilities, the grid operator is seeing an increase in electricity demand.
