MANILA, Philippines — The camp of Peanut Gallery Media Network (PGMN) founder Franco Mabanta declined to make any statement on what transpired during the arraignment hearing at the Pasig City Regional Trial Court Branch 152 on Thursday in connection with the robbery extortion case filed by former House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
