Northern Ontario health authority's ex-CEO, former chief of staff raise concerns after baby's death

A former CEO for the Weeneebayko Area Health Authority says the organization had achieved accreditation before he left in 2010 and he's disappointed it's no longer in place, especially after hearing of the death of an infant at the Fort Albany Hospital.
