The insolvent furniture store Interio is to be continued, but must close some branches, the creditor protection agencies Creditreform and AKV announced on Thursday. The branches in Vienna Mariahilf and in Linz are to be closed at the beginning of July 2026, resulting in 10 employees losing their jobs. Eviction proceedings are pending for the branch in Graz. The central warehouse in Traiskirchen is to be "structurally adjusted" to save costs, according to the AKV.
