MANILA, Philippines — Women’s rights advocate and access-to-justice champion, Justice Undersecretary Margarita Gutierrez has expressed personal support for the launch of the country’s first-ever Philippine Sexual Assault Investigation Kit (SAI Kit). The DOJ Usec described it as a major step toward helping survivors pursue justice through science and evidence.
