TARAKA, Lanao del Sur — Some 108 loose firearms from civilians in the towns of Taraka, Tamparan, Mulondo and Lumba Bayabao in Lanao del Sur were turned over to military officials on Tuesday, May 19, under the government’s Small and Light Weapons Management (SALW) Program. The turnover rites were held at the Taraka municipal gymnasium, attended by Presidential Peace Adviser Mel Senen Sarmiento. Brig. Gen.
