MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police – Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) on Thursday said it will implement the International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant against Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa “at all costs” once ordered by the police chief. CIDG Director Maj. Gen. Robert Morico II made the pronouncement after the Justice Sec.
