Liloan Olympic-standard oval and grandstand nearing completion

MANDAUE CITY, Cebu – The town of Liloan in northern Cebu will soon have its own Olympic-standard oval and grandstand, a major development aimed at supporting local athletes and promoting sports among the youth.
