MANILA, Philippines – Twenty six persons have so far been rescued after a building under construction collapsed in Angeles City, Pampanga before fdawn Sunday. According to the Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (ACDRRMO), a proposed nine-story concrete building under construction collapsed at around 3 a.m. in Teodoro Street, Balibago, Angeles City. “24 na indibidwal na ang matagumpay na narescue mula sa gumuhong istruktura.
