The Appellate Tribunal NCLAT has upheld a decision by the fair trade regulator CCI. The CCI had closed a complaint alleging abuse of dominant position by Kerala's state-owned liquor procurement agency, KSBC. NCLAT found no concrete evidence of anti-competitive conduct. The tribunal dismissed an appeal filed by industry bodies.
