Angeles mayor urges collapsed building owner to aid probe

ANGELES CITY, Pampanga — Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II on Sunday urged the owner of the collapsed nine-story building in Barangay Balibago to coordinate with authorities and send a representative to help validate the number of workers present at the site during the incident. In an interview with reporters, Lazatin identified a certain “Mr. Lim” as the alleged owner of the structure.
