BACOLOD CITY – Negros-based labor organization General Alliance of Workers Associations (GAWA) on Sunday, May 24, expressed dismay over the decision of the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB)-Western Visayas to dismiss a petition seeking a wage increase for all private-sector workers in Western Visayas and Negros Occidental.
