ANGELES CITY, Pampanga — Authorities confirmed Monday, May 25, that rescuers retrieved a third body from the debris of the collapsed nine-story building under construction in Barangay Balibago. In its latest update, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said it retrieved the latest victim from the wreckage of the mixed-use structure along Teodoro Street. No other details were immediately available.
