MANILA, Philippines — Aftershocks are expected after a magnitude 5.2 earthquake jolted waters off Davao Oriental on Monday morning, the state seismologists reported. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs), the tremor, which was tectonic of origin, occurred at 10:32 a.m. READ: Phivolcs Modernization Act to boost disaster monitoring capabilities Its epicenter was located 75 kilometers northeast of Baganga, Oriental, with a depth of 10 kilometers.
