Stray dogs case: SC refuses to entertain mentioning of plea over Punjab CM's statement

The Supreme Court has declined to hear a plea concerning a statement by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. The plea alleged Mann claimed the court permitted killing stray dogs. Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta directed the counsel to approach the Punjab High Court. The court had previously allowed euthanasia for dangerous stray dogs to protect human lives.
