Gold price surges by Rs4,600 per tola

ISLAMABAD - The price of gold witnessed a sharp increase in the local market on Monday, with 24 karat gold per tola rising by Rs4,600 to settle at Rs477,762 compared to Rs473,162 on the previous trading day, according to rates issued by All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
