LUCENA CITY – The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) has warned residents in five localities across Cavite, Batangas, Quezon, and Laguna to prepare for dangerous heat levels on Tuesday and Wednesday. In its 5 p.m. bulletin issued on Monday, Pagasa forecast that Cavite City in Cavite is expected to register a heat index of 46 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and 45°C on Wednesday, and Tanauan City, Batangas may experience 45°C and 44°C, respectively.
