Gov't to host global talent fair, connecting job seekers with employers

Korea's largest job fair linking domestic job seekers with foreign-invested and overseas companies opens Monday at Coex in southern Seoul, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resources and the Ministry of Employment and Labor said Wednesday. The 2026 Global Talent Fair, or GTF, organized by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) under the co-sponsorship of the two ministries, runs Monday and Tuesday at Coex Hall B and Conference Room E. The fair also supports employment for international students studying in Korea by connecting them with domestic companies. A total of 358 companies are participating this year: 137 foreign-invested firms operating in Korea, 121 overseas-based companies and 100 companies seeking to hire international students. Approximately 18,000 job seekers are expected to attend over the two days. Fifteen affiliated organizations, including the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, the National Institute for International Education, Seocho District, the Gyeonggi Job Foundation and the Financial Supervisory Service, worked together to identify hiring
