MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — The Bureau of Fire Protection Mandaue City (BFP) has raised concerns over the condition of fire hydrants in Mandaue City after a recent assessment showed that several units have low water pressure or are no longer operational, potentially affecting firefighting operations during emergencies.
