CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebuano basketball standout Henry Kristoffer Suico has reached another milestone in his rising career after securing a rare basketball opportunity in Europe. Suico is believed to be among the first Cebuano players to receive a prestigious basketball scholarship from a renowned European club, further boosting his already promising career.
