A Budget win for Winston Peters, as he secures a boost in foreign aid. The Government's putting up $145 million for an overseas diplomatic network - and a further $109 million for development and humanitarian support in the Pacific. $20 million dollars funding is going towards New Zealand hosting next year's Pacific Islands Forum. Peters says we face the most adverse and contested environment of the past 80 years.
