CALAPAN CITY – Authorities arrested the province’s fourth most wanted person following a coordinated manhunt operation here on Thursday, marking another major victory for peace and order efforts in the region. Operatives from the Calapan City Police Station (CPS), led by Lt. Col. Michael Caraggayan, city police chief, carried out the arrest in Barangay Bulusan, working alongside personnel from the 404th Battalion Maneuver Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion MIMAROPA and the Oriental Mindoro Maritime Police Station.
