Comelec proclaims new representative of 1Tahanan party-list

MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Thursday proclaimed Elmer Catulpos as the new representative of 1Tahanan party-list in the 20th Congress, following the resignation of its first nominee. Last May 18, 1Tahanan party-list Rep. Nathaniel Oducado and Pinoy Workers party-list Rep. Franz Vincent Legazpi resigned as members of the House of Representatives. Oducado earlier said that he resigned due to health issues, and not because of him voting in favor to impeach Vice President Sara Duterte.
