Darryl Yap’s movie “Love, Ngo,” earlier blocked by the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) for allegedly using derogatory language detrimental to persons with disabilities (PWDs), has been given the green light by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB).
