BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — Two village chiefs in Pinukpok town of Kalinga province traded punches in the boxing ring on Wednesday, May 27, after Mayor Jimmy Dasayon promised P500,000 worth of projects to the winner’s barangay during the town’s first Gimpong Festival. The special exhibition match was staged during a boxing tournament held as part of the festival celebration.
