CEBU CITY, Philippines — Filipinos who lost their National ID transaction slips can still claim or reprint their paper-based ePhilID in Cebu for free, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) in Central Visayas said, as thousands continue waiting for delayed physical National ID cards.
