MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Army is investigating the deaths of two military recruits who collapsed during training in Tarlac province this week, the military said on Friday. The recruits, both members of Candidate Soldier Class 806-2026, died on May 26 while undergoing training at the School for Candidate Soldier under the Army’s Training Command (Tracom).
