MANILA, Philippines — The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) will subpoena the owner of a building that collapsed in Angeles City, Pampanga, according to Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla. “The CIDG will issue a subpoena to the owner today or tomorrow or for Monday so they can report,” Remulla told reporters in Camp Karingal in Quezon City on Friday.
