CEBU CITY, Philippines — The 42-year-old tricycle driver accused of killing 19-year-old Jeani Pyrll Belardo had long been linked to illegal drugs, theft complaints, and other incidents that repeatedly brought him to the attention of barangay authorities in Alcoy, Cebu. This was disclosed by Barangay Captain Michael Dave Andreanne Amaba of Barangay Guiwang, where suspect Anthony Antig Baldogo resides.
