MALAYBALAY CITY, Bukidnon — Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri publicly broke his silence Wednesday regarding his removal from the Senate leadership two years ago, expressing disappointment over what he described as betrayal by colleagues whom he considered to be close political allies.
