MANILA, Philippines – Five families of the missing sabungeros (cockfighting aficionados) on Friday filed a complaint for obstruction of justice against a lawyer of fugitive businessman Charlie “Atong” Ang and three others over alleged attempts to pay off witnesses that led to them crossing over to the other side of the case.
